🤸♂️ AGILITY & COORDINATION Develop balance, speed, and body awareness through active play and guided challenges. 🔄 Obstacle & Mat Circuits — Jump, roll, crawl, and stretch across padded zones to build coordination and body control. 🔔 Ring Training — Improve grip strength, shoulder mobility, and upper body confidence using child-friendly suspended rings.

🧗 CLIMBING & CORE STRENGTH Boost physical confidence and decision-making with vertical movement and body engagement. 🧗 Climbing Wall — Practice balance, spatial planning, and core strength on structured indoor climbing surfaces. 🪢 Grip & Hang Training — Use low bars and ropes to safely challenge upper body and core stability.

🏀 BALL SPORTS & TEAM PLAY Encourage teamwork, hand-eye coordination, and strategic thinking through sport-based games. 🏀 Basketball Basics — Learn dribbling, passing, and shooting while developing footwork and teamwork. 🥅 Mini Team Games — Practice sportsmanship and strategy with age-appropriate rules in fun, fast-paced drills.
